The reservation process was a breeze, walked in and was greeted and seated promptly. The server, Mike B. was attentive and courteous, I even made mention to the manager upon leaving that he was outstanding. The dinner was exquisite, mouthwatering good. This is one of our favorite dining spots. Thank you for the Valentine's Day dinner. Best part, I didn't have to do the dishes. It was a bit drafty sitting so close to the door...

My husband and I were looking for an upscale place to watch dinner in Appleton and celebrate Valentine’s Day. This place did not disappoint. The bartender was amazing, creating speciality drinks that were yummy. Dragon’s kiss was so good. The food was also very good. I had the best blackened salmon and he had the wagyu beef pasta. We will be back! Thank you for a great experience! 💕

Exceptional across the board. The atmosphere is lively, friendly, welcoming. Handsome decor in bar & dining room, interesting without being intrusive. Great unobtrusive lighting. No TV or background music FTW. Good varied beverage selection, including some fun cocktails, with emphasis on brown liquors. (Suggest switching to Bada-Bing cocktail cherries in the Old Fashioned, way better than maraschinos.) Featured oysters were small and delectable, nicely presented (tho trio of sauces were too strong; stick with lemon wedges). Crab cake app delectable and beautifully presented with abundant sauce remoulade and a little arugula salad. A little crusty roll would’ve been great to wipe the plate. And the entrees! Baked breadcrumb-crusted scallops on a soft melange of winter vegs and pea purée with a crisp slice of prosciutto was impeccably delicious, as was the 48-hour sous-vide espresso-chili-rub beef short rib with papas bravas, broccolini, aioli & black garlic demi. Generously portioned. The flourless chocolate torte was densely delightful, not too sweet, beautifully presented. An exceptional place to celebrate a significant birthday and we’ll gladly return soon to further explore the menu. Thank you, Team Rye!

We came to Rye to celebrate our anniversary and the staff at Rye made us feel so special with a handwritten note on the table and complimentary champagne! The Old Fashioned and Blackberry Martini were great! The French onion soup was a little too sweet for my taste but we still enjoyed it. My fiancé loved his salmon and I enjoyed my short rib plate—the spice overwhelmed my palate a bit but the meat was so good. The chocolate mousse dome desert was AMAZING as well.

I told the waiter that I was really hungry and that I wanted a really nice and tasty meal. He suggested the short rib. I told him that the last time I was at the restaurant, my hesitation on ordering the short rib was a fact that the flavors described on the menu was chili pepper and espresso. I specifically asked him would the short rib be spicy and not flavorful. He told me neither would be the case. While the meat was the most tender short rib I’ve ever had. The flavor profile was exactly what I did not want. I’ve now eaten knuckles restaurant on two separate occasions, and each time I was disappointed
