Sage Room at Harvey'sは1947年にオープンして以来、地元タホのランドマークとなっています。The Sage Roomは、地元の人やゲストに人気があるエレガントな西洋をテーマにしたステーキハウスです。 Sage Roomには、ワシュー族からHarvey'sに与えられたオリジナルのネイティブアメリカンのランプ、1944年に元々Harvey'sがあったログキャビンの一部のオリジナルのバーと手切の梁を取り入れた装飾が施されています。 Sage Roomではテーブル横で準備するユニークな前菜やサラダと、ブラックアンガスステーキ、鶏肉、子牛肉、羊肉、ビーフ・ウェリントン、魚介類を提供しています。テーブル横で準備するバナナフォスター、チェリージュビリーなどの特製デザートも楽しめます。

                    Appetizer was amazing but our lamb chops were raw. It came with just a basic boiled potato. For dessert we got ice cream and a cookie. Cookie felt like it came from chips ahoy. Overall the food just wasn't good. For a 100 dollar entree, it just wasn't good

                    We love going here for the beautiful views. Our steak was just ok. It was our anniversary and our dessert was a nice touch. Armando was great.
