Cassie, our server, was fantastic, as was the rest of the crew. When timing of an order was made in error and came out too soon, the staff immediately whisked it away and brought it back to pare with the other dishes. No questions asked. Food was outstanding, from the Caesar salad, to the salmon to the espresso martini for dessert. Sage is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Sarasota.

We like this restaurant and have eaten here many times. The quality of the meals has definitely diminished. The lamb was overcooked and dry. The duck was very dry. It does not seem that a chef is overseeing the quality of the meals going to the tables.

I made reservations and added notes it was my birthday. They made me feel special the moment I checked in and throughout the entire dining experience. The nightly special of the Earl Grey and passionfruit creme brulee was soooo delicious. I can't remember my servers name but she was a beautiful red haired woman and she was wonderful and kind.

An absolutely fantastic meal full of flavors with an incredible wine list that pairs well with everything on the menu. The braised boar was especially excellent and the chocolate dessert was a hit. Don’t start your experience without starting with a sage infused vodka tonic.

Our experience was wonderful. The service was excellent.. very personable and good personality. The food was delicious! Not a complaint! Very enjoyable…would definitely recommend!

We brought new friends from out of town to visit. We had tried last year but unfortunately our reservation was cancelled for a SFF event. It took a year but we finally got them in :). We were seated upstairs at the railing so we could see the beautiful decor. Our server was friendly and fun and very knowledgeable. I had the butter chicken which was a perfect blend of flavors and spices and cooked to perfection. My husband and I shared a salad to start, he had the salmon as did one of our guests. Our other friend had the duck and they started with the foi gras. Everyone was very pleased with their meal and so happy we finally made it back. Unfortunately we had a show after dinner and could not take them to the roof bar for an after dinner drink. We will make that happen next time!

We had requested a specific table a month ago and was promised that table. When we arrived for our reservation we were seated 20 minutes after the reservation time at a table we did not choose. It took over 15 minutes to get our first drinks and then the waiter disappeared for quite a while. There are so many great restaurants in town with better service.
