The food and spirit of the Greek islands is brought to life, drawing from the rich culinary traditions of Santorini, Crete, Rhodes, and Kastelorizo. The afternoon will be set to the enchanting sounds of traditional island Nisiotika music, and guests will enjoy fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables and salads, alongside grilled meats that reflect the rustic charm of island cooking. An immersive cultural experience bringing the food, music, and spirit of the Aegean to Melbourne.

    Were travelling to Greece soon and particularly the islands in the Aegean. The meal was varied, interesting and focused on the food of the islands. Various local drinks were included in the menu for us to try along with an extensive selection of wines to purchase. This was a special event for the food and wine festival.

    Excellent service by our waitress-she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Food was amazing. It was slightly loud but that was due to a table next to us and not the fault of the restaurant. Overall - amazing.

    If you want authentic, fresh and inventive Greek cuisine Salona is simply outstanding. Whether it is fish, meat or vegetables, the food is delicious. There is a very impressive wine list and it essentially that you begin with an expertly made cocktail. Finally, the service is first rate - friendly and attentive.
