We don't serve food - we serve experience and culture.
We proudly serve USDA Prime meat. Our steaks are selected to be of the highest quality grade of beef: full of flavor, amazingly tender, incredibly juicy. To enhance the meats, we serve them with various salt, such as Maldon, Himalayan, Andes, and Fleur de Sel, each contributing to a unique flavor.

The service was great. Our reservation was canceled by the restaurant by accident. They still found us a table and accommodation for the reservation on my phone. Soju and kimchi on Christmas. Great experience. Very glad we went.

Excellent. Waited came to table because he read my shellfish allergy, and identified the items that were dangerous, I was so thankful and impressed that they took the time to explain- it made my dining experience most enjoyable. Food was delicious as always

It was wonderful experience,the food was Excellent , Fresh and definitely high quality . We had seafood and meat platter. Julie was knowledgeable about the food ( experience in handling and preparing our food). My fav : the seafood pancake, makgoli (love this) and galbi. Thank you for making my birthday dinner DELICIOUS !!!

I love everything about this restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing. The service is impeccable. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu. Great spot.

Korean Barbecue is a total experience and Salt does it best!! The menu had really interesting choices. The seafood pancake appitizer is not to be missed. The shared trays of meat and seafood were beautifully presented and included a delicious array side dishes. The waiter cooked everything to perfection and it was all delicious! It’s a great choice for an evening out.

One of our all-time favorite restaurants. Last night was the first disappointment. Salt was short staffed and there was no bartender available. The old fashioneds are exceptional and we were very much looking forward to having a cocktail. Unfortunately, it was not our night to enjoy one. We will definitely return. The staffing issue was unexpected and not an issue we had on prior occasions.

My wife and I were excited to try a new place. Unfortunately it was underwhelming. Wagyu steak was extremely chewy and disappointing. Wife’s pork belly just was not that good. Cannot recommend.
