Salted Brick is open to the public and is located within the beautiful resort community at The Ocala Preserve. We bring to life regional favorites alongside American classics using locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. Our centerpiece exhibition kitchen and wood-fired oven invites you to watch as entrees are grilled to perfection above a natural flame.

Our Dress code here at The Club at Ocala Preserve & The Salted Brick is resort casual. This includes no ripped jean, no gym attire, no flip-flops, no T-shirts or tank tops. Men are required to wear collared shirts, jeans, slacks and dress shorts.

Outside reservation are first come first served. We can guarantee accommodations with reservations, however we cannot guarantee specific tables.

                                                        Server forgot bacon, coffee. We tried several times to get her attention. Finally, when she made her way to our table we had already finished our meal. No compensation for finishing our meal without drinks or entire order. A shame. The food(what we received) was good.

                                                        Food was horrible, this is not normal from what my friends have said, steak was cooked WD, asked for MR, brussel sprouts were hard as a rock could even cut in half and attempt to chew, also bitter, potatoes no flavor. crab cakes were like heavy consistency like tuna fish n mayo, no seasoning, asparagus was mealy. Two orders of beef stroganoff was tasteless no seasoning. I think really bad cooks on Friday night. We spent $190 the only thing good was drinks. Should not have had to pay for such a terrible meal, we didn't even eat anything, gave it all back. Very disappointed!!! You would have thought they would offer gift card or something to give them another try. Server was great restaurant is lovely, but such terrible food. Manager never even came over to discuss.

                                                        Sadly, this beautiful spot is severely understaffed. As a result, both food and services are poor. They just can’t handle the traffic and have really crappy kitchen staff. No chef, just line cooks.

                                                        Food is just bland, not represented of what was described in the menu, for example, sun dried tomatoes , are not just chopped tomatoes.. service is hit or miss there and double standards on the no hat rule, it should be all or none, and that's not the case.
