Saltwater Fishery is a locally owned restaurant offering fresh seafood and steak in Dublin, GA. Our Partners wanted to bring the feel of the coast and the taste of the low country to Dublin. The ambiance within the restaurant alone is worth seeing and experiencing. Saltwater Fishery also offers a rooftop bar better known as the Flybridge as a place to come relax while enjoying cocktails underneath the palm trees. Dance the night away on Friday and Saturday nights with live music on the stage . Food from the Tiki Hut is also available on the Flybridge. We provide our guests with a great place to come eat, drink, and relax with family and friends. Come check us out, you'll see we're not just a great restaurant with amazing food, cocktails and a rooftop bar, but a destination you can't wait to come visit again and bring your friends. Spent over 100 for me and my girlfriend. I got the seafood platter, can’t remember what she got. Waited over an hour for food, when it arrived it was cold, steamed broccoli was hit, but tasted like it was cooked in a microwave, mashed potatoes cold, grits were hot. We ate a few bites and left. I did pay and tip the waiter. We passed the manager while getting up, he didn’t bother asking us why we left out food or got up just after a few bites.

Thanks to Jake the new GM and Bella our great waitress for making our Valentines night wonderful. The rose given to all ladies was a very nice touch. I normally always get seafood when I go here but this time I got the Filet … it was cooked to perfection and was delicious!

The Restaurant has a wonderful Menu and everything I have tried here is very good. Service was outstanding.

Hidden gem and wonderful food; however late lunch took 45 min with difficulty communicating w the waitress. She messed up several times on simple requests. Also misrepresented the published prices on soups and side dishes but in the end, manager made it right.

Everything we have tried a Saltwater Fishery has been very good. It’s nice to have a good seafood restaurant in our area. Service has always been wonderful, the servers are all smiles and very informative. I also love that we can make a reservation and don’t have to wait. I would highly recommend Saltwater Fishery.
