   We celebrated our anniversary and had a great dining experience. The food was well prepared and great. The service was beyond outstanding.. even to the point of making a special run for an after dinner drink we requested. Please try this outstanding restaurant

   We really like Salum! You feel welcomed immediately once you enter. The decor is sophisticated but not over the top. Everyone working there just seems genuinely happy and treat their guests accordingly. Then there’s the food! Everything is done so well, perfection! What I really enjoy is how the periodically change the menu, just a little bit. This keeps me coming back! Salum is a high quality gem! Always great!

   Server was exceptional!!! Valet was top notch. Definitely a place people come because you’re treated like family. We were from out of town but you could see as people were arriving for their seating that were “regulars” - 100% encourage you to make reservations in advance! Great place.

   Abraham and his staff always provide a flawless experience. Beautiful room and excellent service. Menu offered something for everyone and always delicious. Highly recommend.

   As always, Abraham and his staff set the level of service…high. Beef Wellington “our way” and the braised short rib were amazing. The service was like “old friends come home to visit” - very comforting. To top it off and if you want something retro-decadent-smile inducing… ask for the ice cream sandwich. Delish.

   Went to Salum with a friend. The meal started off with two freshly warm buns from the oven. One was white and one was wheat, I think. Not to be too demanding, I would think that the restaurant would bring one of each for the two guests. We didn't ask for an additional two, and they never asked nor brought us any more. For an appetizer, I started off with the corn bisque soup. I was expecting something a bit more creamy and thick. And I even checked the definition of "bisque". It was a bit better than a watery corn soup, so I was disappointed. I had the Red Snapper fish. It didn't seem like an elegant type meal, which is what I was expecting. The fish was good and it had what I think was salsa and chopped olives on top of fish and on the roasted potato which I think were to be on the side. My friend had the chicken, which I thought was roasted. It didn't look very appetizing when I viewed it and my friend left half his meal. I never asked how he liked it. All in all, I am not sure if Salum is at the level of cooking and presentation as it was years ago.

   Five stars is the maximum that Open Table allows diners to award. But Salum is one of the best restaurants anywhere in the world. And it seems like too few stars, like I’ve shortchanged them. And that’s upsetting. Because Salum has never shortchanged me. I’m happy every time I dine there.
