Northern Italy’s rustic charm and Miami’s vibrancy meets genuine fare: a no-fuss dining spot that guests can enjoy often with a core set of delicious dishes complemented by daily specials that leave one wanting more.

Salumeria 104 is a rustic, trattoria-style restaurant serving signature salumi dishes (artisan Italian cured meats) and traditional, house made Italian classics prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients.

Chef & Co-Owner Angelo Masarin is intent on creating dishes inspired by his childhood, such as the ones his grandmother taught him. The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients as well as a variety of imported salumi that is exclusive to Salumeria 104 to dine in or purchase by the pound.

Staff and chef are fantastic! We returned for our wedding anniversary this month after celebrating our eldest son’s wedding rehearsal dinner here last month. The warmth and kindness of the Salumeria is infectious we had such a good time and will be sure to return. Ciao!

We love this restaurant. The service was super friendly but professional, the atmosphere was relaxed and happy and the food was divine! I have recently been to Italy and the food was every bit as delicious as the best restaurants in Rome! We have been to Salumeria twice and we will definitely be back again before we leave Miami.

Service was excellent, one of the best service of all times we have been there. The restaurant is starting to feel dated - plates have some scratches, wine glasses appear old, decoration starting to feel dated, women’s bathroom had bunch of paper on the floor and paintings were tilted. Food was fine, but doesn’t feel same quality as 2 - 3 years ago.

Dinner at Salumaria is always great. The warm welcome , friendly,well trained staff are always anxious to help and the service is wonderful. The menu is loaded with wonderful Choices and the daily specials are enticing and delicious . No matter wha you choose you won’t be disappointed. Everything is yummy. It’s always been one of our go to spots when we winter in Miami. D N
