    We had made a reservation for two at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night a week before our arrival. We got seated at a table near the entrance / reception area. Lot of traffic and but great view of the kitchen bussle. It was VERY noisy in the room. Disappointed this time compared to previous visits plus they ran of out the prime rib special which was the reason we came there in the first place.

    Drinks reasonably priced and tasty. Prime rib like butter,..delicious. Interior could use some updating Especially the upstairs bathroom could use a new door and garbage can.

    I have dined at Sandra’s several times. The food is very good. Our server was attentive. I’ve noticed prices have gone up, along with drink prices. $15 for a Vodka Gimlet is a bit steep.

    The food was excellent. However, I sustained a fall in their parking lot because of unattended slush. That tainted my view of the evening significantly. That being said, the prime rib was the best I have had in years!

    First, we had to sit in the basement, which is fine, but it was very cold down there. Our drinks took forever to get to our table. Soup was very good. Ordered the steak shrimp combo special. The steak came with no shrimp and It came out very undercooked. I sent it back and it came back out extremely rubbery and tough. Our waitress was very kind. She did her best to accommodate. I don’t blame the waitress for any of the food mishaps. The manager gave us a free dessert. Unfortunately we were very disappointed for the quality we received and the amount paid. Sadly we won’t be back.
