Sangria 71, located in Commack, Williston Park and Island Park, is a family style restaurant specializing in the Flavors of Spain by offering a fine assortment of tapas, steaks, chicken, seafood as well as savory family style paellas, superb sangrias and a fine selection of Spanish wines in a festive, casual atmosphere.                                                                                                                                           First time here taking my best friend as a birthday celebration. We started with delicious margaritas followed by wonderful fresh fried calamari ans seafood stuffed mushrooms. I opted for the seafood mariscada served in a pot with fresh mussels ,clams scallops and shrimp in a garlic brith whereas my friend ordered shrimp in green sauce where there was enough to take home. Meals came with a side and a family served salad We shared a homemade lava cake with a candle iof course which was also delicious A must try. Place was packed when we left.

I’m gluten free, the menu have several options for me which is Unusual. Our waitress was excellent She was also very helpful to helping me order gluten-free

My favorite dish, the chicken al ajillo, tastes different and I'm not a fan. The food overall was just ok. It'll be a while before I go back.
