Sasaki, a renowned Japanese fine dining experience in Houston since 1982, presents enticing traditional recipes that have delighted locals for decades. Their chefs weave culinary magic with the freshest ingredients, skillfully crafting delectable sushi, sashimi, and an array of added Korean cuisine. Located on Westheimer Road, Sasaki offers an unforgettable adventure through Japan's diverse flavors and culinary artistry.

Sushi - Traditional Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice, usually with some sugar and salt, accompanied by various ingredients, such as seafood, often raw, and vegetables.

Sashimi - Sashimi is a Japanese delicacy consisting of fresh raw fish or meat sliced into thin pieces and often eaten with soy sauce.

    We really enjoyed our meal here. Everything tasted very fresh! This was our first visit even though we had passed by this restaurant many time. We will definitely come again!

    I had an amazing experience at Sasaki and would definitely go back. The new sushi chef's omakase was outstanding and definitely worth trying. I highly recommend this place for delicious Japanese cuisine.

    I had a great experience at Sasaki. The food was excellent, especially the sushi. It was delicious and I can’t wait to see what else they have on the menu. I highly recommend this place and to order the sushi! They just hired another new sushi chef and he is very talented! He said he joined the restaurant yesterday. People should definitely try his sushi. Next time I want to try his Omakase.

    Don’t go to this Omakase experience. It is the first omakase fraud I have ever experienced. Really boutique looking of the exterior with one missing letter of their name and the smell at the entrance made me think their food must be to good. Then, I don’t even want to waste my time to judge the food. Skip this Omakase and you will thank me.

    We, two families with a son and a daughter, enjoyed authentic Japanese foods, sushi, sashimi, and other appetizers. The price is reasonable compared to others, considering the quality of the food. Master chef Toda cooked excellent sushi and sashimi we never experienced before. The restaurant entrance looked old and humble, but there were genuinely tasteful Japanese foods. It seems like a hidden treasure island to me! We will come back again.
