After many names were considered, only one truly represented our mission. We are driven to provide an authentic spanish dining experience, pleasurable ambience, and outstanding service from our staff. The name had to stand for a future legacy. Therefore SAYOLA comes from the names of the proprietors children: SAndra, YOrett, and LAzaro. Visit us for a unique fine dinning experience.

    I was looking for a nice resturant near the wellmont theater . I stumbled upon SAYOLA. The food was delicious. Duck empanadas yummy! Skirt steak the tenderest I have ever had. Dessert which was a take on a crème brûlée was a great finisher. I would definitely recommend trying SAYOLA out if you’re in the area.

    Went for a birthday dinner and everyone had a great time and only had very good things to say about the food. The dining room itself is also beautiful with the pressed tin ceiling. Calamari was crispy perfection, duck empanadas were delicious. All the entrees we ordered were specials and were fantastic. Coconut flan, tres leches and rice pudding hit the spot. We were talking about when we’re going back as soon as we were leaving.

    Our server Bleu was great!!!! Food was good. Drinks were good. Ambience was great. There was a flamingo dancer preforming.

    Excellent all around. Missed that the Valentine’s Day menu was prixe fixe, but it did not disappoint. Looking forward to our next visit.
