    Scale seems to have very good days and ok days. I've never had a bad meal or bad service, but yesterday was toward the low end of the range. The sauce on the pasta was surprisingly ungenerous, the bread was not particularly fresh, and the server seemed a bit distracted, or perhaps overstretched.

    They did a good job with the thankfulness buffet. The only issue was our seating. We got there before almost everyone else but watched several parties get seated. Then, they took us to an area with a bunch of steps that was a challenge for my mom who uses a walker. There were plenty of seats on the main floor when we got there that they could've given us. It was just inconsiderate. Otherwise, the servers were nice and the food was good. I didn't expect crab legs at a Thanksgiving buffet!

    We had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving buffet at Scalo's. There were many other people there, as we expected, but all the dishes our family group of seven tried were excellent. Scalo's had called before we arrived to see if we would like an upstairs table and we said that would be fine. It proved to be an excellent choice because the noise level was lower than on the main floor and we were able to enjoy conversations. Our service was outstanding and everyone agreed that this had been an excellent choice.
