Chef Grant Achatz of three-Michelin starred Alinea joins Chef Dave & the SELINE team in the kitchen on March 11th & 12th as we celebrate the on-going excellence of Alinea, the opening of SELINE, and years of friendship . This menu is priced at $495 per person. Your deposit confirms your reservation & will be applied to your final bill but does not include beverages, taxes, or gratuities.
This exclusive two evening event will feature a collaborative menu that includes Alinea's greatest hits, new dishes, and SELINE creations inspired by Chef Dave's time at Alinea. It's the first time they're back in the kitchen together since Chef Dave moved from Chicago to LA in 2016 and promises to be an unforgettable experience.
While we are able to accommodate vegetarians & pescatarians with at least 72 hours notice (not upon arrival), we cannot accommodate vegans or combinations of restrictions (e.g., pescatarian AND no gluten).
Please note there are specific ingredients that we cannot exclude:
- Gluten, including soy sauce & soy products
- Dairy & eggs
- Sugar, salt, vinegar, cooked alcohol
- Allium, mushroom, seaweed in stock or sauces
- Mushroom or allium on vegetarian menus
