Join Chef Dave Beran & the Seline team for a 15-18 course seasonal tasting menu. Our menu is priced at $295 per person. Your deposit confirms your reservation & will be applied to your final bill but does not include beverages, taxes, or gratuities.
We can accommodate vegetarians & pescatarians with at least 48 hours notice (not upon arrival) but cannot accommodate vegans or combinations of restrictions (e.g., pescatarian AND no gluten).
We cannot exclude:
- Soybeans, soy products, miso
- Sugar, salt, vinegar, cooked alcohol
- Alliums, mushrooms, seaweed in stock or sauces
- Mushrooms or alliums on vegetarian menus
