   We went to Sempre Oggi for Easter Dinner. Our meals were exceptional. We each had something different. I had the Roasted Leg of Lamb. It was cooked to perfection, not overdone. The vegetables were mixed, and the sauce was delicious. My husband had the Lasagna di Verdure, which was way beyond good. My sister had the Pastier di Riso, which she enjoyed immensely.

   We were excited to have found what we thought, based on reviews, was a good local Italian. Unfortunately the experience was not great and we won't be back. Super decor. Good service. But the food.... Very overdressed, soggy Ceasar Salad, inedible greasy calamari, and industrial crusted halibut. Such a shame. Go for drinks as the bar area looked great. But they need to sort out the kitchen.

   Excellent food, very creative. Incredible service. Was a Saturday night and extremely crowded and noisy but we were blown away by the quality of the food and the service.

   What a wonderful surprise to find this sleek, airy gem when looking for a pre-Triad Theater show dinner. With excellent service from the maitre de to our outstanding server, the restaurant even called day of to find out what time our show was and when we wanted to be out the door. Don’t miss the Cesar salad with crispy little gem leaves and a superbly bright, non-creamy dressing. The rigatoni all’amatriciano and roasted chicken were standouts as were the Campari cocktails. If we lived in the neighborhood, this would be our place.

   Absolutely first rate. The food, the service and the ambience were amazing. Not stuffy. We couldn’t have felt more welcome. We will be back.

   Sempre Oggi is a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful, welcoming staff. The menu is pricey, but the selections are varied, from salads to pastas, meats, fish and vegetarian dishes. I ordered the fried artichokes to start, which were good, but too salty. I also ordered the ribeye, which was brought to the table long after my guests had been served their chicken and branzino dishes. That caused some awkwardness as they waited for my plate to come as their food cooled. Finally, we ordered three different teas after dinner and the server got them mixed up, whiich we did not discover until we started drinking them - too late to remedy. Overall, the experience was very good despite the hiccups. The price was about $135 per person, including a glass of wine and gratuity.

   Great dinner at Sempre last night. Seated right away after a warm welcome from the host. Service was wonderful with a special shout-out to Emma who was professional and warm. Food was delicious and portions large. Chicken was worth the hype. Blue crab tagliatelle was incredible as were the fried artichoke. A great addition to the neighborhood. Low marks for ambience only because we were seated at a table in the corner near the waitstaff area. That said, I would take that table in a heartbeat to have that dinner again.

   Food, service lived up to expectations after reading reviews! Everything was delicious. Service was also very good! Will definitely return! Salad, halibut, branzino and dessert were excellently prepared!

    Great place, great food, and great service! They pay attention to the notes included in OpenTable which is nice. Menu slightly changes daily so don’t heavily rely on what’s on OT.
