At Seneca, we do something special for groups of 9-14 guests, as we invite large parties to gather together and feast. "Convivium" is a fixed three-course, family-style meal priced per guest. There is an entry level option as well as a supplemented option with more food. You won't have to make any decisions, as we'll take care of everything, cooking up some of our favorite dishes from every section of the menu. However, because this is family style, all diners must choose the same option upon booking. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation, any cancellations within the 48 hours are not eligible for refunds. Tax, 20% Gratuity, and 4% service fee applied at checkout.

I’ve eaten at Seneca several times… Always loved it. Tonight it was a little off… The food was off. Our pizza was burned food not overly hot… It wasn’t even that busy… It did get busy and then getting our dessert took over half an hour, which they graciously took care of, but overall just wasn’t thrilled tonight.

We had a great lunch date at Seneca. We started with the olives and caviar. After that we had a pizza and some linguine with clams. Everything was tasty and great. The service was excellent. The views from the rooftop are great. We highly recommend Seneca.

Although this restaurant was in the hotel, we were staying at, the top floor; it was not advertised at all! I went to go get my hair blowout, and Freddy at Bespoke Hair is the one who recommended it! (Thanks Freddy!) It was amazing! The chic ambience, the beautiful decor, the amazing service and the outstanding food we ate! We chose two pastas and a pizza for our dinner as well as a salad. Our waiter Pablo suggested that we do it in two courses and it was perfect. The agnolotti and salad came first and it was perfectly spaced with the pizza and the vodka sauce pasta. Even the to go bag was beautiful! Right down to the candy almonds that came with the bill! my daughter has severe allergies, and Pablo was on top of it! They were ready for us! It’s always comforting when a restaurant takes all allergies very seriously. Even though we always travel with our EpiPens! Thank you for a memorable dinner for our last night in San Diego for this trip. I don’t want to ruin the surprise, but when you take the elevator up, there’s a special greeting when you get off on the 19th floor!

Place was about vibe AND good food! Service was excellent. We started with wood fired prawns and eggplant. Both were outstanding. Then we had carbonara and lamb pasta which we both enjoyed. The entire staff was very attentive. Had the Cosmmopolitano cocktail and split the banana cake desser which I would recommend. All this with an amazing view of the sunse, the city, and the bay. Going back!

I have been eyeing this place as a local for about a year. The atmosphere was incredible on a Saturday night! We got an awesome seat with a view on the outdoor patio. The cocktails were yummy, but the food was very underwhelming. The food was very salty with a lot of bread, the pizza was not very good. I would recommend this place for cocktails an apps, as the vibe is unmatched! Maybe hit up a near by place for food afterwards.

We have eaten here prior and had wonderful food and service. This time was different as food came out cold, service was slow and everything took forever. Very disappointing.

Outstanding from start to finish! Have been wanting to come here for years so I decided to celebrate my birthday with my friends. The location, decor and ambiance are gorgeous. The menu had a birthday message on it, the servers were friendly, helpful and kind and the food was AWESOME! We got the arancini, the eggplant, the burrata and beets, Caesar salad, cacio de Pepe, funghi misti pizza, and a few others. We loved it all! The drinks were stellar as well. They even brought out a tiny cannoli with a candle. Thank you for making my birthday lovely. We will be back. Again and again. So great!
