   Highly recommend this restaurant. Beautiful view, gorgeous surroundings, outstanding service, wonderful meal and reasonably priced. One of our best experiences in Puerto Vallarta! Can't wait to return.

   Loved this restaurant! We had an amazing view from the covered terrace and the staff was very quick to accommodate when the first table they seated us at was too much in direct sun. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The view over the town as the sun went down was gorgeous! And the food was delicious! My steak was very tender and perfectly cooked. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely come back on future visits to PV!

   Just a wonderful experience. Quiet..incredible view food was outstanding. Service outstanding. I definitely will he back. We even saw fireworks.

   This restaurant is a hidden gem within a residential area. The overall food experience was very good, we ordered from here appetizers and the star of the night was American Wagyu rib eye steak which was cooked to perfection. Our Drinks and sweat were well prepared. The view specially at sunset time made this dinner extra special. Our server, Ernesto, was very delightful and cheerful to us, same can be said about the rest of the crew. Price is on the higher scale but the overall experience is worth it. Highly recommended.

   The food is always consistent and delicious. This time my steak was a little undercooked, but not a huge issue. The staff is wonderful. From the servers to the bartenders, they all make you feel like old friends. It’s one of my favorite places to visit with friends.

   I’ve lived in Puerto Vallarta for a little over four years, and throughout that entire time I’ve heard nothing but good things about Serrano’s Grill. The only problem is that it’s out of my price range for dinners out. But every now and then - like when your mum is visiting - you want to celebrate the importance of a moment with more than just a street taco! I can’t begin to explain what a lovely experience we had. The view from our table was magnificent. The service among the best I’ve ever had. And the food? Where do I start? Delicious, presented beautifully, massive portions, and a great amount of care and skill in the creation of it all. And the best part about the whole experience?? It wasn’t as heavy on my wallet as I thought it would be. Two cocktails, a beet salad and an artichoke soup for starters, and one lamb shank and one filet mignon later, I was presented with the peso equivalent of a $125 USD bill. Not only did that not destroy my bank balance as I thought it would, but the entire evening - from the ambiance to the service to the food to the live guitar/singer, Luis Jorge Milan - put a smile on my mum’s face that was absolutely priceless! It won’t be a regular go-to for me, because…money!! But, it will be the place for every special moment in life that comes my way!!

   The good: Service was perfect, attentive and not pushy. Nice atmosphere on a quiet Wednesday night, although I expected a sunset view which it did not have. The food: Roasted beet salad was excellent, Caesar salad was heavy dressing and some brown on a couple leaves. Pasta with seafood was somewhat bland, filet mignon was excellent, perfectly cooked. Presentation all around was top notch. The not so good: the bill had a separate charge for iva. I thought it was included in the menu pricing. Also, I indicated in the online reservation that it was my wife’s birthday and they asked when we were seated if we were celebrating and again I mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. It was never acknowledged in any way which disappointed as both.

    Another outstanding dinner in a beautiful setting. We always come here for dinner on our last night before returning home to end our vacation on a high note and it never disappoints. Spanish Coffee was an awesome end to our evening. Beautifully performed.
