Always a good time at any hard rock I find. Service was very upbeat and efficient. Food was spot on and quick. Staff even went above and beyond on strawberry runs for my daughter!!

We booked for breakfast, 0900 on a Saturday morning. We were seated quickly and the chairs and atmosphere were comfortable. Food was divine and seemed to be all freshly cooked Highly recommend

They forgot part of our order. Pasta portions small for price. Sandwiches had unwanted ingredients

We were there for a pre theater meal. We found the value for the appetizer and main meal to be good. The dessert was not a good value. Overall it was a most enjoyable meal and we world return.

Took the lobster rool. 32$ no lobsters, a lot of bread. Overpriced. Music too loud. Server so stress.

Terrible food and slow service. Medium rare steak came out as well done the first time. Overly salted both times. Service was incredibly slow despite very few patrons in the restaurant.

Uncertain why the Rose wine glasses were assumed to be Angel Wings at $20/glass! Saw Rose on menus for $12/. ($16 credit) How dare you? Saw the Woodford Reserve was $20/ shot. Why were we charged $23? Was this because we ordered Mixers (e.g. Old Fashioned?) Please refund ($15 credit) Total refund due…$31.00. Thank you

While the wait staff was good, the meal and meal options were not the best. They were put off many items for dinner and then could not get the hamburger order correct. While the meal was refunded it just impacted the whole visit.

Disappointing experience. The food lacked flavor and felt poorly handcrafted, especially considering the price. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth it.

I would not recommend this dining establishment. We came here because it was directly across from where we were staying and we thought it would be cool to show our son and have a nice dinner. The ambience is very nice. It is decorated beautifully. My son is a picky eater. I had looked at the menu before making the reservation and thought he would eat the chicken strips. He asked if they had grilled cheese instead. I saw they didn't but they had sandwiches so I asked if that was possible to do. After checking, our waiter said yes and he informed me it was on sourdough bread. I said that was fine and we placed our order. My husband and I ordered the rigatoni. Our food came out and when it did, the chef decided that my son would't like the sourdough bread and put his grilled cheese on a cheap crappy hamburger bun. Now I know the chef could have said no to grilled cheese altogether, but he didn't and for him to decide what my son would like seems very rude to me. His food ended up coming out after we finished eating. There were no apologies or checking in on us at all. My son sat there waiting and I was not happy about it. And although the rigatoni was very good, the portion size for a $28 plate of pasta was ridiculously small. My husband went to eat someplace else because he was still hungry. I had a glass of wine that was $20 and definitely not worth it. Our $109 meal was a waste. I do not mind spending money for a nice meal, but I expect better service and my meal to be what I ordered. Do better Hard Rock Hotel!
