Have been to the Balti house many times before with no troubles at all , but i felt this time was not so good . When i went to pay the final bill of £73.00 i had £30.00 gift voucher that was given to me for a Christmas present , so the bill should of been £43.00 . The assistant asked if i wanted a receipt and normally i say no , but on this occasion i said yes please only to notice he had charged me £53.00 instead of £43.00 that it should of been. I brought this to his attention and 3 times he said no £53.00 is correct , but eventually admitted his wrong doings and gave me back a £10.00 note from the till. I wonder how often this has happened to other customers and it also made me wonder if this is a deliberate act that goes on without many loyal customers realising what has happened ???? Its sad to add that i have no intention of returning ever again due to this !!!!

Hospitality is one of the most honest professions you can be in, you have to be honest in the food you serve, honest in the products you offer and honest in all your transaction's otherwise rest assured your doors will be closed within six months. We have kept our doors open for 25 years now.
A young lad the age of 17 made an error at your table. These days ask these guys simple maths like 2+2 and they will instantly combust without their phone cylinder help them. After realising his mistake he made amends.
I take offence at the implications from your review at our honesty and on that note you are not welcomed at our establishment anymore.
