                                    The food was exemplary. The service was horrible. Food did not come out in the right order, my wife was left without an entrée while mine was delivered and sat getting cold, the white staff was completely inattentive on taking our drink order and delivering them timely. Overall, it was an abysmal showing for a nice hotel. They did, however, acknowledge that their service was terrible and provided a generous discount on the bill. Perhaps it was just a bad night, but it was surprising .

                                    The food was overcooked, didn’t have the sauce- we had to request the sauce that was supposed to be served in the dish. The rolls were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. I had to wait a long time for iced tea. This restaurant doesn’t match all the other restaurants at the resort. Terrible

                                    You’d be better off ordering pizza or going out to a real restaurant. This is the cruise ship buffet food that you only eat because it’s free and you’re on vacation. The buffet won’t even have all the items listed—just skip this and eat the Pop Tarts still in your carryon.

                                    We booked for the NYE buffet and the selections were terrible. They ran out of beef and the seafood was poor quality. We ended up going downstairs to the cafe to eat chicken tenders since we were still hungry

                                    We went for the surf and turf night… DONT WASTE YOU MONEY!! The crab legs were not good the meat was unrecognizable. The lemongrass lobster tail was mush, a literal PASTE!!! The prime rib was RAW! And I like my meat very RARE BUT THIS WAS RAW! The shrimp cocktail, bread and soup were excellent!.

                                    We went for the Christmas buffet and showed up at 7:30 PM. They ran out of the main course, the food was picked over, and what was left was overcooked or cold. It was completely disappointing.

                                    This follow-up survey is baseless in that, despite being available online, they do NOT take, or require reservations for the daily breakfast buffet. On day 1, did not know but will fill this out as usual. That it is listed is somewhat indicative of the problems the entire hotel and adjacent sister property have with F&B IT operations though. Ownership changed months ago but, for instance, menus are still posted wrong (Salt Shack), reservations are taken here when they aren't used and so forth. Won't even get into service and missed ordered items meal-after-meal elsewhere. It's why, actually, a buffet like this is good in that one can control one's choices. Everything is kept well-filled, eggs-to-order are quite good and the overall value, with juice and coffee included, is very good for the locale.
