Shoushin is a luxe Japanese sushi bar specializes in carefully crafted authentic Edomae sushi, helmed by owner and head chef Jackie Lin.

Select the seating type. Only what is available will be shown online, otherwise you'll be assigned the best possible seating.

Counter – the traditional sushi counter experience where you are seated in front of the sushi chef and see how your sushi is prepared.

Standard - a table for a more private dining experience.

Please advise us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

We craft sushi that is pure, fusion-free and extraordinarily authentic. Expect seasonal, sometimes rare, ingredients on our omakase tasting menus.

Alongside those autumn aromas, Louis XIII Rare Cask 42,6 declares its distinction with notes of plum and date, mingling with flavours of gingerbread and prune stone, punctuated by a final touch of tobacco leaf. It has an unparalleled complexity and an extremely long finish of up to one hour. We welcome guests to bring their own wine provided that it is not on our wine list. Food is spectacular. Service is so outstanding that no other restaurant can compare. We keep on coming back every time we want an amazing evening. If you like sushi and want to “experience an evening in Japan” - without hesitation go to Shoushin. We already booked our next visit.
