I am so disappointed. This restaurant has made a huge turn for the worse. I used to come here regularly years ago. Today was literally the worst experience in any New York City restaurant ever. Our order was incredibly late, when it was served, it was cold. When we told the waiter it was cold, he rudely told us that we would have to wait another 30 minutes if we wanted it to be made again. The sides were served before the main. Our main - the Beijing duck - was sitting on a serving tray for at least 15 minutes. The person who brought it out, went to clear a serving tray so that he could bring the food closer to us and then forgot. Our waiter just didn’t notice that our food was there waiting to be served. And then they had the nerve to actually charge us. The Management didn’t even apologize. We were literally sitting at the table for 45 minutes with nothing and no one asking us a thing. The young girl they have hired to handle checking in guests has no social skills and is woefully inexperienced. It makes a very bad start to the evening when she doesn’t know how to handle accommodating several guests who have arrived at once. She disappeared for several minutes after we and another set of guests arrived, apparently hiding in the closet having a little meltdown. I had to calm her and help her get her bearings. If I’m going to spend $1300 on dinner, I expect much better service. The food, however, is outstanding as always.この情報 は役に立ちましたか?

Won’t go back. The starters were good - egg rolls and dumplings. It went downhill with the entrees. Bland sweet and sour chicken with too little sauce and bland kung pao chicken that was a bowlful of peanuts and had very little chicken. This was one of my favorite places to eat. However, after not visiting there for a while, the restaurant looked a little less appealing than it had in the past physically. The food was very good, as usual. Our water was very personable and food a great job.
