Our aim at Simmer is simple – providing you with the honest-to-goodness pleasure of eating and drinking while you relax in your favorite neighborhood bar. Whether you’ve come for the food, drink, or both, we hope you will feel right at home. When you step into Simmer, you’ll be greeted with a friendly smile. We’ve fashioned a warm, comfortable dining room that spills over into a spacious outdoor patio, complete with an open fire pit and tranquil water feature. Enjoy “Happy Hour in the Round” during the warmer Colorado seasons when we open up our overhead doors at the back of our bar, creating 360° of indoor/outdoor seating. The ambiance was awesome…apparently, Sunday evenings are the best for a quiet, low-key experience. Food was great, as usual, and Jayden (sp?) was also awesome and attentive.

Service was great, even when they were packed. Appetizers were very good, but my entree seemed like it had been completed an hour earlier and then warmed up for service.

Great appetizers (devil’s on horseback, deviled eggs, and cauliflower hot wings). My entree was also excellent (Chicken Satay). Rounded out the meal with a very good Old Fashioned. Nice atmosphere, close to CSU, and good service. A hidden gem on the west side of Ft Collins!

Ok salad but not really worth the price especially with the added cost of shrimp.

Terrific waitstaff, attentive, and communicated well With the kitchen about allergies. Food was delicious and we enjoyed our lunch!
