Don’t reserve counter seating. It’s terrible. I thought it meant bar seating, which would have been fine. Bar seating is first come. Portions are small, 3oz. I got 4 things and left hungry. All courses come at once, salad entrees and starch. You can be in and out fast. Not something you could savor. The sizzle is interesting. The food is partially cooked in the kitchen and served on a hot skillet. Better eat quick, it’s cooking in front of you. People around us seemed to be satisfied, but I won’t be back. 2 people and $125. plus tip. Server was good, but no one in management came by. I suspect this will close soon, so hurry in if this is interesting to you.

Overall it was enjoyable. They still have a variety of kinks to work out, but it offers something unique to FM. Waited 30 minutes for our table. Significant wait for drinks to arrive at our table (our appetizers arrived before the drinks did). Bartenders are also servicing people dining at the bar which appeared to slow things down. Lots of drink options which probably take longer to make as well. Salads were great; highly recommend. Proteins and sauces were very good; Sides were over heated and lost some of their unique flavors. Don’t expect a quick in and out experience. We will give it another try once they settle into a rhythm.

The host and hostess were very pleasant, great greeting! The restaurant was so cold we dined with our coats on and we were still freezing. I did mention to my server that it was really cold. She just said “I know”. The food was quite bland in my opinion. The lobster tail had seasoning on it but the meat itself had little flavor. The filet had no seasoning and little flavor. The prices were reasonable but I’d rather pay a little more for a better quality steak. They were out of Cabernet by the glass. I had the Amaretto Sour. It was good but not a full drink. I changed to coffee because I was simply so cold. After our meal, the server placed the payment reader in front of my husband and had it on the area where you select the tip and pay. When she came back to take it away he asked how he could read the itemization. She brought up the bill and he started to review it. She said she could just print it and went to take the machine away. He said no, he’ll just pay on the reader. She rolled her eyes and walked away. It was not the birthday celebration I had in mind for my husband. I hope they improve and work out the kinks.

What an enjoyable experience. The food was excellent. The manager, Brian, was attentive and our server, Cindy, was great. Will definitely eat there again.

This is our second dinner since the restaurant opened a week ago and we had a great experience again. Our cocktails were great, food was delicious, the atmosphere was very nice and staff were friendly and professional. We went with friends this time and they loved everything about this Fort Myers gem too. Can’t wait to go back again…

I don’t often write reviews however this is an exceptional restaurant. Downtown Fort Myers and the Fort Myers area really needed a restaurant of this quality. The food is excellent. It is priced right, service is spot on and very attentive. The ambience is warm and welcoming. They have an extensive cocktail list. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back often. We met the owner who spent time with us explaining the concept, the excitement and what’s to come this is one not to miss. Enjoy.
