This restaurant is gorgeous. My first visit to this restaurant in October was divine. The service was akin to a Michelin star restaurant and the food was delectable. On the January visit, the server, in her intro, explained that she didn’t understand why the restaurant had a large selection of wines 🤯; wine glasses were dirty, (I had to request a sparkling clean glass), and the food was disappointing. The manager was apologetic and remade the meal, but explained that CORPORATE was calling the shots. (So even the remade meal while improved from what was first brought out, was still lacking in flavor and presentation.) That was a huge wake up call for me. This is the second disappointing experience I’ve had in a corporate run restaurant, recently. I’ll likely spend my money on smaller, owner-operated type establishments until off-site, big wig, restaurantuers learn that on-site chefs who love food should be the ones calling the culinary shots.

To clarify, we are not run by a large corporate business, but instead, Titan Hospitality is a small business that has built itself from the ground up. While we now have multiple units, the business began with one restaurant and one person, and each unit is treated with the same consideration and attention to detail as the first. 10/10 would recommend. Made a 11 AM reservation and was immediately greeted and sat by the hostess. Our server (TT) was knowledgeable about our selections. Would recommend the buffalo cauliflower, lobster bisque, all the pasta dishes were seasoned well-and the seafood pizza was everything. Great food, even greater service.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The decor is very inviting, tasteful, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Food was fantastic!! The lobster ravioli appetizer was superb 👌-- very flavorful and just enough to activate the palate for the main course. The short rib pappadelle was tasty, but for me it lacked "kick" Great experience overall.

Waitress appeared not to want to be there. Forgot to give us our breads after reminding her, talked in a low tone that was nearly inaudible, not a smile in sight. Ordered a lamb shank that was underwhelming that I took it home and revamped it. My fathers partner also ordered a salad with well done steak, and it was rare. I understand this isn’t a waitresses fault but rather the cooks, but it was not very busy that the waitress should have at least remembered that and taken it back. At the very least, should have not hesitated to take it back from the table (I found unusual.) My fathers and fiancés food came out as asked however and they enjoyed themselves. The ambiance was very cute. However the cost vs quality of food was disappointing.

The food and the service was excellent. I especially appreciate the house-made pasta - I had the vodka-crab-penne, they were excellent. We had a very nice evening. BUT I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING CHARGED FOR USING A CREDIT CARD Given that this is not a cheap restaurant - $ 35 for Penne Vodka with some crabmeat e.g - but again, they were excellent - how other than a credit card are you supposed to pay a $ 230 bill , that's not the amount of cash one carries around. I'd rather pay 36 $ for the penne and not have to bother with cash or credit

Titan Hospitality has made a conscious decision to be as transparent and honest with our consumers as possible-while all restaurants have adjusted pricing to off-set this cost, most decided to increase their menu prices across the board by at least 5%. We felt that this was unethical to those patrons that chose to pay in cash; we feel strongly that we remain transparent in all that we do. Our experience started out with a delay but management was able to rectify the situation and it was a wonderful dining experience for my son's birthday. The drinks, the food, and service was amazing. And to top it off the desert was amazing. Recommended for family dining, friends gathering, just grabbing a drink at the bar, or simply sharing a dessert.

Our waitress Ryan was very slow and did not seem to pay attention. Our food took an hour to come to our table and the apology felt half hearted. We maintained a positive attitude throughout despite the poor service.

Our group of five experienced a 75-minute wait for our order, and unfortunately, each entree had some issues. However, our waitress was fantastic, and to make up for the trouble, the manager, Andy, offered us complimentary champagne and adjusted the bill. The portion of my meal that I enjoyed was delicious. The ambiance was beautiful, and the other staff was friendly and apologetic for our long wait and meal. I’m willing to give the restaurant another chance, as I believe this was just an isolated incident related to staffing.

The ambience was lovely. The appetizers were great but minute portions. The main dishes- branzini was bland, the pasta dishes tasted like canned food. We wanted to try the desserts but after a 35 minute wait for our waitress to get our orders, after a 30 minute wait for the dessert menu, we decided to leave. It’s a no return for me. I wanted Christmas Eve to be special, but I give this restaurant a miss!
