    客の一部のグループが非常にうるさく、雰囲気を損ないました。2019年にもすごくうるさいグループがいました。 他はとてもよかったので残念です。

    シーフードプラッターとステーキ(ヒレ200gとエイジングビーフ680g)、サラダ、アルコール4杯を注文し、５人でシェアして頂きました。量的には、少し足りませんよと言われましたが、ちょうど良かったと思います。

    Excellent lunch, our table of 4 enjoyed their meals, my burger was excellent! Overall, a great selection of meat, lunchtime was quiet but that's no bad thing. Dessert was huge and tasty too!

    First and foremost, you as a reader must understand that this place was amazing. It was a 5-star restaurant, no doubt. My group had a couple unfortunate mis-happenings, and I’ll describe those shortly. The dress code was not explicit, but my crew showed up in business casual / there was not problem and no one else was in anything casual. As far as the service, this was world-class. Unfortunately, we experienced two issues. First my friend’s drink came out incorrectly; as a gin martini instead of a vodka martini (which the waiter made specifically clear that he could order one or the other). The other issue came in another friend’s drink when he discovered a fly in his drink. Again, I cannot stress how amazing the service by Thomas was; he was very patient with my group. We had a friend with a birthday and the restaurant team brought him a small cake for us to celebrate.

    We had a lovely meal, but my wife’s steak was asked to be medium rare but came out rare. Thankfully the restaurant took it back and cooked it a little more, it came back with more chips and sauce and was much appreciated . Mine was requested the same and was perfect so I was surprised, after checking with the chef though they agreed it wasn’t medium rare and refunded the steak, which was very nice of them. We were sat by the window on a cold day so when people were entering and exiting it certainly made the restaurant cooler than it should be. The management should look into this for the winter months as at times it was quite cold. We had a great meal though with wonderful service and wine.

    We booked here knowing that it is one of the more expensive steak restaurants in the area. We were seated and immediately noticed it was quite chilly. People were sitting in their coats! The food was excellent. Wine also nice, although the mark up ridiculous. The white wine was from Collines du Bourdic. We didn't see the bottle, slightly unusual, but I have been to this vineyard and their wines are between 3 and 10 euros a bottle. Therefore, charging £12 a glass seems a little over the top. That, however wasn't the issue. We asked for the heating turned up which made no difference. Instead, at this point, offering to move tables we had to ask. A few others had also moved. The restaurant was very quiet, so when the waiter missed off an item from our order and got the meals and sauces mixed up we weren't overly impressed. We were a party of 3, not difficult to remember when the restaurant is virtually empty, as many staff as customers! As a result I asked for the service charge to be taken off, it is optional based on the service being good! It took around 10 minutes, a discussion between 3 of the waiters, and us feeling uncomfortable before he finally returned with the amended bill. A real shame as this was part of my daughter's Christmas present, she loves steak. The food was excellent. Service, poor.

    Went here for a special dinner out and while we have been before it was a couple of years ago and was excellent last time. This time was just the same, lovely ambiance, great friendly service and amazing food. Not the cheapest but as it is a high end restaurant we have only been to for special occasions I still say value for money and will definitely go again.

    Our favourite restaurant! We always look forward to dining here. The two girls at the front desk are so welcoming, and the entire staff is absolutely lovely. The food is amazing every time, and we can’t wait to go back, A special thanks to Tomas and Melvin & of course Giorgia for looking after us, Amazing team work 😀
