Our bar menu includes all our dishes from the tasting menu. Please note, we allow only parties of 1-2 for this experience. This is a communal area so there are other guests around you. We highly encourage reservations. We do our best to accommodate all dietary needs, however are unable to provide a vegan, or gluten free menu for this experience. Join us for a festive celebration of the winter season in our 10-course Christmas Eve tasting menu. This special menu features unique and rare ingredients inspired by the Toyosu Market, Sierra Nevadas, and the winter season. This menu is priced at $218 per person which does not include beverages, sales tax, or a 22% service fee. Due to their prevalence in our menu, we cannot create menu adjustments for gluten in the form of soy sauce and tamari, alliums, finned fish, or mushrooms. Any dietary restrictions or aversions must be presented to our team prior to arrival.
