        Service was slow, even though it was a quiet Saturday dinner rush. It took us over an hour to get our food from when we ordered. Our server said our food was coming out soon but it took an additional 25 mins to arrive. Individual drink orders took 5-10 mins to arrive. We haven't visited since 2022, it used to be one of our favorite restaurants for celebrations. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling like the quality and service has went down from before Covid and we are unlikely to return.

        Our son, mother, spouse had a very delicious meal at smugglers to celebrate a birthday. Two of us had 6 ounce temderloins with fries and veggies, and the guys had large rib Eye steaks with fries and veggies. The steaks were amazing! The peppercorn sauce for the steaks was fantastic. The service was excellent!

        The decor is from the 80’s. Service was SLOW .. too few staff on the floor. Worst prime rib I’ve had in a long time. Mashed potatoes looked like they had squeezed out of caulking gun or maybe scooped with an ice cream scooper. Took 30+ minutes to order drinks and dinner. Another 20 minutes to get the drinks and an hour to get dinner.

        It was OK. The no salad bar is a big change and a really disappointing one. It’s very clustered here now and the noise carries so we listened to almost two hours of babies crying non stop. A few in our group liked their prime rib but one cut was very poor. The pasta was good but bland. The Ribs were awful though, no one ate them. The cheese bread was the star of the show. I wouldn’t recommend this place and we don’t intend on returning ourselves.

        We were sat in the bar for New Years Eve dinner. Ambiance in the bar is lack-luster with too much lighting. Requested the Smugglers Amber beer - out. Asked for a 9 ounce red wine and received a glass of wine filled to the rim - not classy. We were only checked on once by our server, which resulted in the shortest meal I've ever had at a nicer non-chain restaurant (45 min). It was very underwhelming and was not a great New Years Eve experience for myself or my daughter.

        They gave our reservation in the dinning room away to another couple whose name was “similar” they said. They then put us in the bar, a dark raised cubical directly across from bar, awful ambiance. Slow to be served. Had to ask for our wine. Had to ask for horseradish that was to have come with meal. Very disappointing for a New Years Eve celebratory dinner we were looking forward, especially after making reservations weeks before, and answering their many texts of confirmation.
