Loved the food. Our server Javier was super nice and helpful. He gave us real time updated on the order and when the kitchen was running behind, he threw in come salad which was a super nice gesture! The ambience was great. While the restaurant was packed, it wasn’t nosy per se. The meat in the burger was cooked to perfection and the portions were just about the perfect quantity. Loved the experience and will definitely visit again!

We go there all the time. What is happening to the service that was always wonderful? Tonight was absolutely awful. I think it will be a long time before we go back.

I have always wanted to go to this restaurant. We went for the dine-out option, but I was a bit disappointed by the service level and a few other things. First of all, me and my wife dressed up for the occasion and, clearly having a date, were led to be seated at some corner bar-like table while they had nice tables ready, had to ask for it. There was no coat check, which was a surprise at such an establishment. Service was about average at the Earls/Moxies/Cactus level. Utensils were brought after food (which we waited 30-40 minutes for), my wife's plate was taken away while I was in the middle of eating my dish, and then desserts came in a second later and we had to ask to take them back and bring after I'm done (since the runner was too eager just to drop them out of confusion). Other than that, it's a lovely and busy restaurant, which was a bit of a letdown, especially after a much superior experience at the sister property Aqufarina.

Honestly based on reviews I thought it would be better. The carpaccio was tasty but the Gnocchi was overcooked and bland .. the service slow and inattentive.. can’t say I’d go back again.

The restaurant seemed a bit overwhelmed on this dine-out night. The food quality was good but it took a while to get the food delivered.
