                                  Both the food and cocktails are outstanding! We probably had half of the cocktails on the menu, and every one of them incredible. We couldn't figure out which one we liked best! And the food is equally as delicious. A few of our faves were the croquettes, grilled pork belly and the carrots. And, you have to check out the creme brulee cocktail, a fun treat for dessert!

                                  Probably the best food in San Miguel. The attention to flavor and cohesiveness of those flavors in every bite deserves serious accolades. We tried many of the items on the menu and all were amazing. Our favorites were the tomato tartare, the veal tartare, the croquettes, and the pork belly. In addition the wine we had was a perfect pairing to all. Gabrielle is quite an amazing chef and this menu and execution prove it. The service was impeccable as well. It’s also a very cool space. It is set up to enjoy each other in an elegant yet casual manner allowing for a great evening.

                                  Sombra de Arum is amazing. The food, the cocktails, the ambiance - all top notch. Get in while you can because this is the best new restaurant in SMA. 5-star experience!!

                                  Lo disfrutamos mucho, el ambiente estaba excelente, asientos muy comodos, cocktails exquisitos y el tarta de carne estuvo de otro nivel!

                                  Last night at Sombra was amazing! I stopped by with a friend for a quick drink, but we ended up staying way longer. The clarified cocktails were smooth and unique, and we tried 2 of the shared plates, which were delicious and full of flavor. We even came back after dinner for “one more” to end the night. Sombra is officially my new go-to spot for great drinks and bites!

                                  Incredible and inventive cocktails. The service was great and explained what every cocktail was as well as the food. The food was on par with the cocktails as well. We will be back there again for sure.
