                                                  Our server, Tim, was great. Very knowledgeable on the cuisine and drinksand his recommendations were great. The pizzas are excellent. My kids each ate their own. That's not to say the pizzas are small: they are that good. The octopus pasta was great, my wife loved the bolognese, and the deserts were a fun take on some traditional favorites. Overall, delicious food, a motivated staff, and nice views overlooking the Evermore Lagoon. If in Orland, I'd give it a try if looking for an upscale Italian experience.

                                                  Tim, our server, was great. Very knowledgeable on the cuisine, wine, and overall a great server. Food was great and the options were varied enough for kids through adults.

                                                  Sophia’s is probably one of the best restaurants in Orlando. It is truly an outstanding restaurant. Sophia our waitress was over and above exceptional. She has a passion that only a person who appreciates food and exquisite palates understands the exceptional quality of the food and wine the restaurant offers. It beats Eddie V’s, Season 52 etc. This is a restaurant is way above the standard steak house menu. Give it a shot. You will not be disappointed.

                                                  Nice restaurant with a beautiful view. We initially had some difficulty as our waiter was awfully busy and stressed and unable to service our table but the Manager Shane stepped in to help and made the experience enjoyable! Food was good and they were able to accommodate our preferences.

                                                  Food is always exceptional. The restaurant can be really loud at times so it’s always best to sit outside when the weather is nice.

                                                  Beautiful resort and lovely views from Sophia‘s. The two pasta dishes we tried were moderately good. They simply needed a little bit more flavor.  we also indicated that it was my husband’s birthday celebration and they didn’t do anything to offer even a slice of cake, simply a happy birthday acknowledgment.
