Soy Cowboy is an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu includes a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque. Guests can also expect an innovative cocktail menu paired with an extensive wine and sake list.

    First time visiting last night. Overall good experience , we did have a little wait for a server due to some miscommunication at the restaurant. once we got one he was awesome! Food was good and well portioned , beautiful space . Will visit again ☺️

    The food was excellent and so was our server. We had rolls and tempura, and dessert and cocktails. It is expensive but probably the best restaurant we’ve visited in Arlington so far. My only complaint was the volume of the music made it a little hard to converse. But we will DEFINITELY be back!

    This was the best experience ever for me and my fiances first time for our 1 year anniversary waitress Jay was top tier with professionalism and making the dining experience pleasant and enduring everything is tasty 😊

    Ambiance, food, and service were all excellent. This was our first time dining at Soy Cowboy, which is located adjacent to the east end of the Lowe’s hotel. The tuna roll and sushi were delicious as was the orange chicken. The only drawback is that it doesn’t include rice. Again, great service!

    After living in the Arlington/Mansfield area for the past 10 months, I randomly came across Soy Cowboy on TikTok and decided to make a reservation for my husband’s birthday. Being that he’s a vegetarian and enjoys Asian food, he was immediately impressed. He couldn’t stop complimenting me on the decision to surprise him with a dinner date. In addition, the restaurant was clean, intimate, and the aesthetic was so satisfying. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu, and provided us with tons of recommendations/information in bite sized pieces to prevent information overload. I highly recommend Soy Cowboy! We’ll definitely be back, as will I for happy hour.
