    Excellent once again. The change in approach for this weeks Wednesday Wine Down menu was welcome and proved that Jamie is very talented across world cuisine. The Korean theme worked extremely well. Well done team!

    Incredible spot! We devoured nearly the entire snack menu. The scallops and beef tartar were standouts. The tartar was even better than Restaurant Hubert in Sydney which we didn’t think was possible to top as our favourite. The wine selection was heavenly. The ambience perfect for the space. The service comforting, like you’re being served by friends. We wish we could come to Spill Wine everyday. Please investigate opening in West End, Brisbane - we’ll be forever in your debt and we’ll help support you with our multiple weekly visits.
