Food fantastic. Granddaughter s birthday. However bring sat by the door on a sunny day , it was. Hilly . We kept having to close the door . All staff working there socks off . You will not be disappointed here

A lovely lunch! We both had the salt beef sandwich and shared some fries. It was really lovely , maybe next time I would say no mustard as it was quite strong ! Great busy, bustling atmosphere.

Met a friend for coffee after booking a table. Friendly welcome and the table was ready. Service timely and very professional. I was disappointed with the scrambled egg on sourdough. The eggs were very salty and the toast difficult to cut. However the general atmosphere was good though we had to almost shout at times to hear each other. The acoustics need dampening somehow ?

Smashed avocado on sourdough was very nice, side order of chips arrived but were cold, these however were replaced with no problem. Staff very pleasant and efficient.

Lovely setting. Menu is great, lots of choice and unique items. Too many delicious looking cakes to choose from So would definitely need to return. Really enjoyed our lunch and desserts.

Very busy and noisy not helped by music in the background. Sandwiches took awhile … my sisters fried chicken was burnt and my lamb sandwich was fatty and soggy … although after bringing this to the staffs attention we didn’t pay for the sandwiches. Very little eaten. It is so popular I think I would given them another visit
