    I've been coming since you guys opened. One recommendation is get an ATM machine. The hotel never really works. Either of them and they only have 2. Next find a way to n.v keep people. The quality has gone down in service. I had to get up and get my own beer. I think your staff could use some overall customer service training. I'm only going sparingly now.

    Worst food ever, pizza cheese was tainted, tuna cones was grey and pasty. 18% forced service charge on top of tip. Pot stickers were so spicy we couldn’t eat them and it never said that in the menu. We spent almost $200 and not one person in the party of five finished their food. Everyone ended up at the market to get something else to eat. Stay away from this place.

    We set out to go to the stadium club in hopes of it being a sports bar that it would be based upon like a stadium theme. I don’t feel they completely captured the stadium feel. There were no hotdogs on the menu of any kind which I believe they should absolutely have you can do it so many different ways Chicago Sauerkraut relish chili even they had lobster roll on their menu. I referred them to a restaurant I dine at that actually offers lobster corn dogs. What a great Stadium theme. The manager Justin was very very kind and took the time out to listen and concur with a few of our ideas. Gabriel was a good waiter. But we were surprised that we were hit with an 18% built-in gratuity that he made us aware that all the servers share bartenders bar backs, food, service, etc. I didn’t feel that was necessary. The vibe there is pretty cool but let me know when you get your hotdogs and your cracker jacks ,

    We sat at the bar. 2 manhattans were $57.27. $25 For bourbon she said plus some up charge. Other than that it was good. Meat lovers pizza was really good. Vibe is great.

    Parking is bad unless you're staying at the hotel and the kitchen is a little slow. Customer service makes up for it. just be prepared
