The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman’s Residence. After many years of neglect, the homestead and six acres of grounds have been aesthetically restored, allowing it to once again become the ‘Jewel in Knox City’.

Stamford Parks current custodians, have waved their ‘whimsical’ magic of both design and true hospitality over the beautiful estate and it is now a stunning property serving the public for what it was originally intended – a place to gather, meet, entertain and unwind.

    Cannot fault this restaurant We had the Agnolotti and Barramundi were delicious. The staff and service were excellent. Would definitely go there again.

    Waitress was great and took our order accurately but daughter asked for no onion on her GF pizza but had red onion on it , and pizza order was Hawaiian but pineapple on one half only. Came with no ham or pineapple on half. We were offered a free drink but we already had what we wanted.

    Booked for a 7:30 sitting for the jazz night Arrived on time , was shown to our table and left to sit for 45 min and no one came to take drink order or bring menus. I complains to the manager and he just said sorry, turned and walked away. One star rating. Should be NO star. Complete waste of time. Was hoping for a really enjoyable night of jazz even that was sub standard. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

    We had 2 people with difference dietary needs. The waiter & kitchen worked happily with us to create excellent options. The waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Food was lovely. We’ll certainly go there again, and it will be my go-to for special occasions.

    This was our third time at Stamford Homestead and they never disappoint. The food is always amazing and so enjoyable. The staff are so super friendly and very professional. The atmosphere is just lovely. We celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary with our immediate family and partners, and they were very impressed and lovely the amazing meal. This is by far our favourite place to have dinner.

    We took my parents and asked when booking for a table in a quiet area. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, even offering us a choice of table in 3 different rooms- we choose one to ourselves so the surrounding noise didn’t make it hard for my dad to hear the conversations. Ash who served us was absolutely amazing and so attentive to our groups needs… she made the experience in an already beautiful venue, just perfect!
