   Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Banana Foster Manhattan is incredible. Wings with the Thai sauce are also phenomenal.

   We reserved a booth for 5 people for a Saturday afternoon birthday brunch, and everything was absolutely perfect. The service, food, and atmosphere were all 5 stars. Starling is a stunning restaurant with an international vibe, ideal for brunch, lunch, or just cocktails with friends. The menu is creative and delicious, and the drink mixology is top-notch. Highly recommend—one of our new favorite spots in Edina!

   We felt that the restaurant was nice,but the food was too expensive. The Thai walleye was very good,but the small piece of fish for 37 dollars seemed like a steak price. The chicken Chinese noodles were too salty and had very little chicken in the dish. We won’t be back.

   We had fries (sambal aiolis, curry salt), steamed pork bun, and wings (fish sauce caramel). It was hands down delicious!! Highly recommended!!

   Be prepared for limited parking in the lot. They have valet for $10 or you can search for a space on the street. Food was good, waitress was great. Beautiful ambiance.

   Parking is a nightmare unless you want to pay for Valet parking. I actually got a parking ticket on a quiet Sunday morning because of confusing signage. The food was very subpar and not at all worth the price. Cute decor and good service. Would not go back again.

    This is a mixed review for Starling. I had high hopes for the menu and setting, but was ultimately disappointed in the bland and lukewarm food. Our server was friendly and attentive, but the host who showed us to the table was taciturn. Our reservation was for 10:00 brunch, and the doors did not open until exactly 10:00, leaving almost a dozen patrons waiting out in the cold wind. If reservations are offered for 10:00, the doors should open in time for guests to arrive and check in before that time. We won't be returning.
