OpenTable 編集部より： ミシュランの星付きレストランに訪れるのは、敷居が高く感じられるかもしれないが、State Bird Provisionsにはそれは当てはまらない。ここでの食事で最も難しく、かつ最も楽しいのは、注文を変更しないことだ。チーズたっぷりのザワークラウトのパンケーキや、アジア風のニューアメリカン料理などの一品が、点心のカートに乗せられて通り過ぎる。美味しそうな皿の数々に魅了されつつ食事を楽しむのは、楽しい体験になるだろう。ジェームズ・ビアード・アワードを受賞したシェフ、スチュアート・ブリオーザとニコール・クラシンスキーによるメニューは常に変化し、訪れるたびに前回よりも美味しいと感じることだろう。

    スタッフが皆とても優しく気配りも素晴らしかったです。食事もどれも美味しかったです。またサンフランシスコに来た際には行きたいです。

    It’s just so freakin good and special. I hadn’t been in a couple years and it’s still makes food and experiences at such a high level.

    It was such a lovely meal. Had to wait for a minute even with a reservation, but they seated and the exquisite food keep coming.

    We loved the vegetarian options. The staff were so kind to us that we felt like regulars. This is a place we will go back to again.

    Always a yummy restaurant when you want to treat yourself or take a friend who’s never experience a dining experience like it! I prefer dining at the counter is the best. Unique and delicious dishes that always your mouth watering to try more! My only complaint is wine & sake selection. The prices for wines were a bit high (especially, for a Portuguese or Spanish white wine). I understand mark-ups for wine in a restaurant, but the prices should have varied better.

    I was really disappointed by the service. Our server, came by when we first got seated and said he’d be back for us to order drinks and food, but never did. In fact, he walked past our table 4 times without checking on us. The last time, we had put our empty water carafe at the end in hopes he would see it and fill it but he did not. We had to waive him down and ask other random servers to order. He didn’t come back to check on us until we were halfway through the meal. The food is very good and reasonably priced considering it’s SF and it’s a Michelin stared place. I’ve been before and the service was no where near this bad.
