    Our server, Rob was very attentive and appropriately interactive with us. He split all of our food as requested, and even drew a cute little birthday cake with a candle on my mom’s leftover salad. Great experience, great food… We will be back!

    I usually have a great experience at Steelback and the food is usually very tasty. This was my first time having breakfast there and I didn’t eat the hash browns as they were super greasy. The biscuits were hard and I only ate the eggs and bacon. The waiter offered to substitute the biscuits and hash brown with grits, but also informed me I would have to pay additional for it. I was disappointed that he didn’t put more effort in doing an even exchange with the items. I will be back, but likely not for breakfast.

    We had a very nice birthday lunch. Everyone's food was excellent and well presented. The drinks were tasty too. 🍸

    Our waiter was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We were celebrating our daughters 26th birthday, which was known to the staff in advance. We did not wish to interrupt the restaurant vibe, so no singing was requested and appreciated. That said, other than a basic, generic candle in an average dessert of the restaurants choce was all that was noted to celebrate her birthday. It is our family tradition to let each family member choose their restaurant for birthday celebration, our normal, regular choices includes Burns, Eddie Vs, Charlie's, Ocean Prime to name a few. All of these restaurants go much further in sincerely recognizing a birthday celebration than we encountered here last night. Also, our bill with tip was over $850.00, dinner for six. The price is not the issue, it is the lack of effort by the restaurant staff. The manager did his less than 60 second hi, how was your food tableside check-in. No mention of our occasion for dining there, and was less than courteous. We will not be returning, Eddie Vs, you are back to the top of our daughters list.

    We had brunch for the first time here, and it was so good. The monkey bread is a MUST HAVE. I had steak and eggs, and my husband had the BELT and we both really enjoyed the meal.
