We eat regular at S&S. Chelsea venue much better. Extremely disappointed. Especially from the terrible service.

The food was impeccable and delicious with stunning flavours. I loved the décor and the space was beautifully designed. We also got a given cute mini dessert as it was my partner's birthday. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if it's a special occasion.

We went for a family dinner. Restaurant is nice and warm. Staff was attentive and helpful. Food was also very good...so good that we order some extra dishes. Highly recommended

Its a new branch and needs some improvements overall especially the customer service - constantly waiting for our food/ drinks and looking around for someone to attend us despite seeing numerous members of staff wondering around none seems to know what to do…food is good but better in other branches

Stick n Sushi is what it is? The food was good as per usual but the waiter that served us needs to be re-trained. We were kept waiting at our table for almost 30 minutes before we were even approached. Similarly a couple sat on the table next to us, were also not happy with the service they received and were venting their frustration to me and my wife. During the meal we were not approached by our waiter or asked if the food was ok and if everything was alright. After the meal my wife ordered a drink which took ages. We could not wait any longer and decided to settle the bill. After which the drink arrived when we were leaving.

Very slow and poor service. We were never asked if everything was ok with our food, even though the table next to us were asked twice. Took them 25 minutes to get two beers to the table, so drinks arrived with starters. We were not asked if we wanted desert and our table was not cleaned after we ate. We visit other Sticks’n Sushi restaurants and this is not the level of service we receive. Avoid Battersea location. Go to Greenwich, Covent Garden or Wimbledon where staff are nice and friendly.
