This was our first time trying Stillwell. We really like Brass Ram and TownHearth, so expected similar experience as they are owned by the same person. This was a disappointment from the beginning, it took 15 min to order drinks, which was a precursor to the rest of our 2.5 hr experience . The food was inconsistent in general. The Tuna Crudo and Shrimp
Cocktail were both good. We split the Bone In Ribeye, which also was ok, not anything special. My wife ordered the filet, which they undercooked and then when they put back on they brought back a piece of charcoal (like eating jerky). It took over an hour to get our mains. The onion rings were average, very greasy and really hard. The Brussels were solid. We had the Baked Alaska, which was inedible (rock hard with no flavor). My wife ordered a cappuccino with it and never got it until we were leaving (after asking twice). To be fair they comped my wife’s terrible steak and the cappuccino, which was nice. It just wasn’t a good experience, almost 3 hours on a Sunday night was brutal and the food was very average.
