Food was good, service was poor sat for a while until a waiter noticed we haven’t been helped. Finally got helped and still was poorly serviced waiter didn’t come back but a couple of times. Other than that, food was good. Definitely will come back to try more food.

We had a reservation for 4 on New Year’s Eve at 7:15 p.m. When we arrived, we were told our reservation was upstairs. We went upstairs and were told we would get kicked out at 8 o’clock if we ate upstairs because of the party that would start at 9 o’clock and to go back downstairs and there we were told that they didn’t have a table for us downstairs and they must be confused upstairs about how late we could stay up there so they sent us back upstairs where they finally seated us for dinner. It was obvious they didn’t want us up there by rushing us to order, how fast they brought our drinks and food (which wasn’t very good), and by how fast they brought our checks. We have never felt that uncomfortable ever in any restaurant and definitely will not go back. Also, when we came back downstairs, there were at least 10 tables empty so why didn’t they just let us sit downstairs??????????? They obviously don’t know what they are doing!!

We waited quite a while for a waiter to come to our table. The website said there was a 4 course New Year's Dinner but we were not offered that at all. The food was good- not great... just kind of a BJ's or Chili's Experience -which for that area and vibe wasn't really what we were expecting. Beautiful space...tons of potential...

The food was very good and you could tell that it was fresh. The problem was the service. Unfortunately, our server was barely around. We could see our food sitting in the window, waiting to be picked up, but had to wait for her to grab the food and deliver it to our table. We also waited quite a bit for water refills. I ended up asking for a refill from the manager who actually checked on our table. It’s a shame that the service was bad because the food was good. The chef clearly knows what he’s doing.

We had a 545 reservation in a Saturday night, when we got there we saw one group of for at the bar and 2-3 tables with guests. The service was sub-par for it being so empty. At one point our server basically apologized for not being more attentive to us without us saying a word. The menu and food were outstanding. What put this over the top for me was that when the bill came I saw Rhey automatically added a 20% tip. We were a table of three, I have seen that when being part of a table of eight, but three? I did. Or add anything additional.

Let me tell you. I had two tables reserved as we had a large party. We were celebrating two bdays. In total we were about 22-28 people. From Cindy to Sammy, and Kennedy, they were all so accommodating. They confirmed prior to the day, we had the tables we had requested . The actual day of, they were expecting us and had the tables prepared quickly. I rarely experience great service when I host large parties. This was the exception. We were treated exceptionally since the start. And at the table, the drinks and food came at a good time. Kennedy was great and very attentive and quick. I understand it’s not an easy task to help such a large group and you all made it happen. We had a special day thanks to you. Thanks again Stirr Addison for this great experience. Will not hesitate to book again for our large events.
