Was so excited to try the new STK at Aventura booked happy hour after Black Friday shopping. Our drinks were really good. Our food not so good. We ordered the steak and fries off the happy hour menu. It is literally six fries with three little pieces of dry meat with fat on it. Similar to beef jerky, overcooked, and a joke. The tuna tacos were better, but the tuna lacked any sort of seasoning. It was not busy and our food came out very slow. When we mentioned something to the waiter, he kept coming up missing although he was nice. I love the one in Orlando . my advice go for drinks skip the food not good

All of our steaks were way over cooked after waiting almost an hour for it. We all ordered medium and came out almost well-done. Both of our servers and the manager on duty were agreed and offer to cook another rounds but we did not want to wait another 30 - 45 minutes. So we ended up getting a free dessert and a free mashed potatoes for the meal we paid over $500 for four people. We will simply would not go back. Not the same experience as in Vegas.

Loud. Heavily expensive for what it is. I don't mind paying top prices - if I get a top experience. Not here. Steaks overcooked. Service spotty. Sides were sort of bland. Desserts underwhelming. Many other steakhouses in Aventura. Most are better for the money.

Great time today with brunch. Gonzalo was our server. He did a great job. Crisp service and great recommendations for our food and wine.

Venue is Beatiful I live across the street and will comeback to try your happy hour. Dinner was delicious and the drinks keep them coming.

STK Aventura Review STK in Aventura is a visually stunning restaurant with a modern and enjoyable atmosphere, but the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. While the service presentation, food quality, and timing were generally good, there were some noticeable missteps. Despite expressing concern to our server about timing and being reassured that the appetizers and entrées would come out separately, they arrived simultaneously, which disrupted the dining flow. When the steaks arrived, both were cooked to the wrong temperature, which was disappointing for a steak-focused establishment. The food overall was over-salted, and the sauces leaned heavily on sugar, making the flavors unbalanced. Operationally, having two hostesses—one outside and one inside—seemed redundant and uncoordinated, adding unnecessary confusion. While the space is beautifully designed and creates a pleasant ambiance, the overall experience fell short of the high standards STK aims to deliver. In summary, STK Aventura has the potential to be exceptional but struggles with execution. It’s a pretty spot, but given the issues, it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to visit again.

We had to ask for bread 3x and it finally came after our plates were cleared from our meal. The food came out cold and the meat was not good quality. The service was great and our server tried to fix everything as best she could, but the overall quality was not acceptable.

Too early to tell. But the kitchen is a mess. The steaks CAME OUT WRONG TWICE. The food took forever to come out. The table next to us had the same experience. They were too embarrassed to charge for the steak. Eaten at other STK restaurants and had a good experience. Probably difficult to get good kitchen help in Aventura
