Definitely a surprise as my visit wasn’t enjoyable for such a elevated experience. The environment wasn’t welcoming, as our server was very short and often spewed sarcastic remarks with our menu choices and questions. Being this was some of our first time visiting, it would have been nice to have some introduction to the menu offerings and enthusiastic service. We were left to feel like an inconvenience. We notifying the server that we were celebrating a birthday, he responded with “we’ll get to that” and walked away only to drip off a tray of terribly mixed shots and a sparkler in the center of the table. It would have been nice to know what was coming in order to prepare any photos or gestures to celebrate our friend. Outside the service, the restaurant was beautiful. The food was mid and cold, however we did not complain or make any issue as it was late and our server was not attending to our needs. It was kind of loud sitting near the DJ, making it hard to communicate with others at our table. I will most likely never return at my own expense. I have been to many fine dining establishes and I will share this by far is the WORST experience I’ve encountered from a service standpoint.

The portion sizes were much smaller than expected. The flavor of the sides were not ideal and turned off the main course. We were encouraged to get a different steak than we were planning and it came out about 3 ounces instead of 6. Left hungry and $300 lighter.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at STK-Nashville. We had previously been to STK-Orlando, so the bar was already set. Joey, Ashley, and Tim, along with their crew did a great job in making us feel welcome and went above and beyond. Chicago-STK IS next on our list.

Couldn’t have asked for better service, Todd was amazing! We had told him we were celebrating the start of an amazing 4 years with our new president and he just made the night even more special for us going above and beyond. Food was outstanding and I will definitely be back to dine with Todd.

Food was cold 120 something dollar steak to split for two and it was cold..... The bread was not fresh like it always is it was previously prepared. My wife's steak was over salted... and lobster mac & cheese tasted gritty... too much cornstarch or flour or whatever they used to thicken it up and the lobster wasn't the freshest tasting lobster... It really was something unenjoyable. I have been to STK in Nashville before and it was wonderful and have been to the ones in New York several times and it was also wonderful this time. It was a price gouge with moderate food at best prepared poorly. I just don't think it's right because it's a slow night to perhaps not have the best chef and expect to have a family of five for over $625 for something that was worth not even half that.

Very knowledgable/charismatic waitor helped us navigate the menu all night. DJ had the environment for a random Tuesday night pretty loud…which is my only complaint. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and amazingly tasty and tender. The brussel sprouts were phenomenal, HIGHLY recommend getting them as a side!

There was a fire alarm while we were there for happy hour. We evacuated and once we got the all clear we went back just in. The manager was extremely nice and accommodating. The server brandon was AMAZING
