STKは、モダンなステーキハウスとシックなラウンジを兼ね備えたレストランです。中央にはクロコダイルの質感を持つタイルとクリーム色のレザーカウチで飾られた広いラウンジ、その周りにはフォーマルな雰囲気の上げ床ダイニングルームがあります。どのテーブルも劇場風の照明に照らされ、店内全体がDJの作り出すエネルギッシュな雰囲気に包まれています。STK Midtownはマンハッタンのミッドタウンにあり、賑やかなシアター・ディストリクトから徒歩ですぐのロケーションです。夏の間は屋外パティオと独立したバーも営業しています。レストランの目玉はステーキです。シックでモダンな発想を取り入れたSTKでは、スモール、レギュラー、ラージサイズのステーキ（自然飼育肉のオプションもあり）や市場から仕入れた新鮮な魚などの主菜をはじめ、パルメザン・トリュフ・フライ、リル・バーガー、クリスピー・ロブスターテール、スイート・コーンプディング、カニ身（ジャンボランプ）サラダなどの特製料理を用意しています。

                                　家族とNYに来たので、近くで良いレストランがないか急遽探して行きました。立地も良いし、店の雰囲気はとても良かったです。 　テーブルに付く人が決まっているみたいに言われましたが、沢山のテーブルを兼任してる上、店内が広いので、注文もなかなか来てくれず、サラダを食べ終わった後、フォークとナイフを下げたので、ステーキ用のフォークとナイフに変えてくれるのかな、と思っていたら、お料理だけを置いて行ったので、また店員さんを呼ばねばならず、長い間待って、やっと気づいてくれた店員さんにフォークとナイフがないから食べられない事を話したら、すぐに持って来てくれました。料理を下げるのだけは、早い店です。「I'm done.」と言ったら「He's not !」と言ったのに息子の料理も下げられました。結局、注文をとりに来た人と料理を持って来た人、下げに来た人、それぞれ違う人でした。 　お料理は美味しかったし、量も多いですが、NYは物価が高いので、コスパは良いとは言えません。

                                First time there and it was amazing!! We had to change our reservation due to Lincoln Tunnel traffic, and there was no issue at all. Got there and found parking a lot quicker than what we thought, so made it in 10ish minutes earlier and got seated within 5 mins, maybe less. Our server then came and was great! Super nice and explain a few things since it was our first time there. Ordered an drink from the bar which was AMAZING! They served us some bread (which was so yummy). Order the calamari, and main courses which were to die for!! Meat was super tender and just so delicious, the tarter tots were nice and crispy..not crazy about the dipping sauce but it wasn't a huge deal. The asparagus were on point! Had the cheesecake for dessert and it by far was one of the best cheesecakes we've had! Big enough to share! Will definitely be going back...great food, great service, and the place was beautiful!!

                                We placed a reservation and we got there at our reserved time and there was still a wait , the food overall wasn’t that great I ordered lamb chops MEDIUM RARE some of them in fact were RAW. And the waiter had an attitude when asked a question

                                Unbelievably awful! So loud you cannot even have a conversation. Steak was tasteless and had to SAW through a filet… yes a filet. I am not even sure how bad the meat and kitchen must be to make a filet that bad and tough. The hilarious part was the mashed potatoes. Literally, instant potatoes with no flavor or creaminess. I cannot believe they serve instant potatoes dolled up to be high end steakhouse side. Save your money and just go to an Outback Steakhouse if you want a mediocre steak and bad sides. Sad the amount of money for such an awful mean!

                                It a good experience fur the first impression. Waited almost 30mins after my reservation time . The place was very crowded and people were outside in the freezing rain waiting . Waiter was kind . Steak was not tender and tasty , but came fast.

                                It had the opportunity to be a great experience. The steaks were dry and overcooked, thankfully they give you a free sauce with your steak, which should have been an indication. The mac and cheese was boring and goopy. The drinks were good and the caesar salad wasn't bad, though a bit overdressed. Aside from the mediocre food experience, the staff was running around very confused, some of them stealing tables from each other, most of them looked miserable to be there. At over $300 with tip, I was hoping for a better experience. Save your money, go elsewhere.

                                1-star. I find myself tasting grease long after our lunch. The service is utterly negligent—rude, inattentive, and overall dismissive. The servers seem to believe they are entitled to a generous tip without putting in the effort to earn it. If I were the manager, I would seriously consider firing most staff. WTF, STK!

                                It was a very very nice place and cool scenery however, the food was not great. It was mid ! I paid 130 for a steak and it was horrible. The fries were also horrible. How do you mess up fries ??? I was very surprised. The only good thing I ate was mac and cheese.
