                                            Food and service were top notch. Dessert was phenomenal. We’re were just a bit disappointed but the advertised Valentine’s Day “event” that didn’t feel very special at all. We were expecting some kind of entertainment based on the description.

                                            The hostess accommodated us in a table with a very nice view to Ventana al Mar. The waiter is a very nice guy who enjoys what he does and talks like if he knows from all his life. The food is extremely delicious and they have a lot of dessert options. We'll definitely be back. It was worth it for the price we paid. They also had a DJ playing music, and the volume of the music was very reasonable. We didn't shout when we were having a nice dinner. If you want to have a bottle of wine with a good steak and a good conversation, this is the place.

                                            STK is an excellent bar and steak house although on the expensive side. We visited three straight nights as both the bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Not for the budget conscious but excellent never the less !

                                            As a customer who has visited STK locations in other states with no issues, I am disappointed with this Puerto Rico location. The Hostess staff that worked tonight, all of them need to be fired. They are very rude and extremely unprofessional. Not only did they lie about NOT having any Superbowl Reservations, (when I clearly logged in and booked while standing in front of them), they also did not make my boyfriend and I feel welcome. They sat us at a high top bar table and attempted to limit us to a fixed menu, after I asked numerous times for the full menu. The manager did not provide any accomodation and seemed unconcerned! The hostess staff proceeded to laugh and crack jokes behind us, as if something was funny. They all need to be retrained. We were eventually able to move to the bar where we had more room to dine. The bartenders were great! All of them were very welcoming, attentive and turned our experience around for the good. I appreciate the bartender staff members and their outstanding customer service! They made my boyfriend's birthday dinner special.
