Our Valentine's night was wonderful after we asked to change server's. The 2nd server made our night amazing. The 1st server was horrible and maybe needs more training.

The food was very good. I enjoyed the creamy shrimp pasta while my companions enjoyed the prime rib and filet mignon. All were very good. The entrees were brought out before we had a chance to complete our appetizer and salads.

Service left a lot to be desired. The waitress asked me if I wanted my mixed drink on the rocks or neat as if I was sipping whiskey with no mixer. We ordered ribeye and prime rib. Ribeye was okay, nothing to rave about. Prime Rib was over cooked, tough, with no flavor. Personally Owning a steakhouse I am well aware how prime Rib should be made. I ate a few bites. The mixed veggies were good. Waitress brought an and hovered over me while I was trying to figure tip. Definitely won’t eat here again, just wasn’t that grand for the price

The prime rib was a delicious large portion of meat. Brought the other half home. The seasoned veggies were the best ever. It included green beans, yellow squash, zucchini, butternut squash, peas (?) and maybe more that I don’t remember. Seasoning was just right. Mashed potatoes also came with the dinner, beef au jus, and horseradish cream. Would definitely eat there again!

The ribs were ok but were very fatty. The roasted chicken had a good flavor and enjoyed the broccoli casserole. The Mac N Cheese was ok. Both of these entrees were the evening special. The price was a little high.

Stockman's is a great place for a nice dinner. I had the halibut and my friend had the scallops. Both were delicious. The service was a bit slow, but that appears to be because they are short-handed. Just like every other restaurant. I highly recommend.
