We made a reservation, knowing it would be busy on NYE. Our appetizer and entree arrived before our drinks came- we waited 40 minutes for our drinks and once they arrived, my drink tasted awful and I sent it back. Our server was so slow and after we asked for our drinks to be removed from bill, she did not say thank you or have a nice night or ANYTHING. She just stormed off. I have worked in the service industry and have never had such a bad experience, even being understanding of the holiday. Definitely will not be returning, which sucks because we used to love this place!

The food quality last night was not the best. We were very disappointed. Perhaps, they were focusing on the New Year's Eve event, rather than the regular menu. It just seemed unorganized and slow. Burgers were tasteless, fries were soggy/cool, and portions of house chips were smaller than usual. We eat there often - but this time we were extremely dissatisfied. Not sure if we will return. The margaritas were good, though!

Strawberry Alley is our favorite restaurant!! We just moved to the area and could not be happier that we’ve found this place!! The Food is the absolute greatest, has very unique, tasteful flavors that are better than any other restaurant we’ve been to! The Chicken Bacon Mac n cheese is unlike any other Mac n cheese I’ve had! Phenomenal! Atmosphere is amazing and the staff is so kind and welcoming!! They have light music playing and soft lighting so it tied the ambiance together!

Reservations are not actually reservations. Host staff was rude and asked the party to wait outside but allowed others to stay. Food took over an hour to get to the table. Dakota the manager on staff tried to be accommodating but the rest of the service and staff completely destroyed the evening. It’s a shame we can’t have this local establishment to enjoy and support.

Had a 5:30 reservation. Arrived at 5:25 and told there would be a short wait. 5:40 we are informed it will be over an hour wait. Don’t waste your time with a reservation. They seat first come first serve evidently. They won’t get any business from me.
